 75th Independent day celebration held at Melyal By 87Bn BSF.

         On the occasion of 75th  Independence Day, commemoration of"Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav" was arranged with Flag Hoisting ceremony at Govermment Middle School, Melyal by 87 Bn BSF, Handwara. Sh Dr Rajesh Mishra, IPS, IG FTR Kashmir,BSF was the chief guest on the occasion.


 On discussion with school staff it has come out that such Flag Hoisting event is being organized in this school after a decade long period. After Flag Hoisting, sweets were distributed to school children's. Sh Rajesh Mishra, IPS , IG BSF interacted with School chindren and motivated them to excel in the field of their interest whether it is sports, music, education or any other field to bring good name to their parents, school, teachers and the nation. 


Approx  25 school staff , 300 students and other local dignatories of melyal were present on this auspicious occasion. The function was conducted with all Covid Protcol
