 Candlelight Protest in Kupwara & Baramula against killing of innocent people by the terrorists

A large number of teachers, youth, prominent people and local residents from various parts of Rajwar, Handwara, Qaziabad, Rafiabad and Sopore gathered on roads to hold a peaceful candlelight march.


The march was organised against the civilian killings by the terrorists in the valley and in solidarity with the victim family especially with the families of today's martyr lady of minority community at Gopalpora, Kulgam.


The participants were holding candles to express sympathy with the victim families over the killings. The placards displayed, demanded an end to civilian killings. The candles were lit to express condolence and solidarity with the bereaved families.


The whole society unequivocally condemned the gruesome killings by the Terrorists and demanded end to violence and bloodshed.

Brigadier Sajjanhar Visits NCC Annual Training Camp at Udhampur

  Aadil Akbar  Udhampur, August 29: Brigadier Deepak Sajjanhar, SM, Group Commander of NCC Group Headquarters Srinagar, visited the Annual Training Camp of 7 J&K Battalion NCC Kupwara at the Zorawar Training Academy, Udhampur. The camp, which began on August 23 and will conclude on September 1, 2025, holds special significance as it is the first training camp organized by the newly raised battalion.
