Mohammad Naveed Saraf who is Presently Working as Bank Manager under Branch Magam. He is so truish and superlative with his work. All of his duties and presumptions can be summed up in a very heartsome way. His regardance behavior towards his customer's is highly mesmerizing and praiseworthy. I occlusive keep visiting to his office, and I'm ardently witnessing this fact, that he is so dedicated,Veritable, elegant and Mentiferous personality. 

His appealingly character speaks out volume of his honesty, empassionate, sympathetic and his kind essence. Apart from this he has an excellent verbal communication skills. He also possess a great determination, work ethic and a bright confidence which inspired me alot. Apart from it, he constantly supervise and mentor his whole team and remains withstand to his full team. 

He does possess all such attributions a Kind and hardworking officer should have. His generous behavior made me to follow him. He is a self-aware, co-operative and a distinguished personality. Honestly, he has been focusing on developing and helping others, he is a courageous and a strategic thinker as well as an innovated personality. 

As per my self-experience Mr Naveed Saraf is an ethical and a civic-minded person.

 Apart from this he has an Unshakable determination, a persistent mind and a hardworking person, with his effective thinking, ethics, morals and principles he inspire other's. For him, it doesn't matter how hard the situation is, he always does his duty with honesty without comprising his own principles and morals which indeed shows his overwhelming and determined nature. He is an Innovative person and always open to new ideas and discussions.

 He listen to everyone actively and also motivate others to think out of the box. This quality gives him an edge over others. One of the most important trait which I felt in him is the virtue of being honest. More reliability, He's also an accountable person, and does his duty with respect to law. His humbleness can't be expressed in word's. He shows a great respect towards his customer's and deals with them with most elegantly and respectability. In reality, He is an exceptional officer. 

To be perfectly honest with you all; I have never seen such a dedicated and Mighty-Hearted Officer before through my entire life so far.

 He has been serving his customer's by heart and with kind affection. It's axiomatic to posit that he himself has participated in various programmes, where he has uplifted the voice of youth, their concerns, along with their resolving measures. He has been so dedicated with the social development and therefore has raised a strong voice against that as well.

 Apart from it, he always keep making his customer's aware about the new schemes, and other various formalities. His behavior towards old person's is highly admirable and mesmerizing. I have seen him many a time's teaching the old person's how to do a lot of formalities. Even, I have not enough word's to describe his affectionate personality in word's. My heart salutes him.

 We definitely need such honest officer's in each and every department. As such leader's have the potential to let the Country move towards progress, prosperity, stability and tranquility. So Surely, We are all highly grateful to have such officer in our area, He is an ideal to each and everyone. All those moment's which I have spent with him so far are the most memorable moments for me which I would love to cherish forever.

 I wish him all the very best in the year's to come. May Almighty Allah (SWT) Shower his merciful blessings over him and pour nectar of knowledge over him and also protect him from all ills and pains, grants him inner peace, and a very long life. May Almighty Allah let him to walk on the righteous path and remove all his hardships and make his life easier, happier and Prosperous.
