A medical camp for distribution of lifesaving medicines to local populace under its Civic Action Programme on 17/04/2023 by 92 Battalion CRPF at Dak Bungalow  Chhijama, Rafiabad, Baramulla (J&K).


The objective of the programme was to provide free medical aid to needy local villagers. Services of CRPF and state Govt. Doctors specialized in various faculties of Medical Science were utilized for this purpose. 


The camp effectively catered to various medical needs of the local population of various villages. This programme earned a huge & welcome response from the target populace. 


The Medical Camp was inaugurated by Shri VIJAY KUMAR, 2I/C, COMMANDANT (AOL) 92 Bn, CRPF, Shri S Kengoo, 2I/C, Shri Bharat Kumar, Asstt. Commandant DR. M.V.S. KARTIK, SMO 92 Battalion  and other senior officers of 92 Bn CRPF were also present in the Medical Camp. Commandant (AOL) 92 BN CRPF emphasized on the importance of such camps to help the populace and to strengthen the already cordial relations between Public & Forces.


 The efforts of CRPF have been highly appreciated by the local people and they showed their willingness to support the CRPF in their endeavor to bring peace and normalcy in the area. The officers of CRPF promise to organize such programmes regularly in the future and meet the expectation of the local population to establish brotherhood between both. Commandant (AOL) 92 Bn has also expressed gratitude to  the doctors of the state govt./CRPF & the people from the press, whose valuable contribution made this programme for so successful.

Brigadier Sajjanhar Visits NCC Annual Training Camp at Udhampur

  Aadil Akbar  Udhampur, August 29: Brigadier Deepak Sajjanhar, SM, Group Commander of NCC Group Headquarters Srinagar, visited the Annual Training Camp of 7 J&K Battalion NCC Kupwara at the Zorawar Training Academy, Udhampur. The camp, which began on August 23 and will conclude on September 1, 2025, holds special significance as it is the first training camp organized by the newly raised battalion. On his arrival, Brigadier Sajjanhar was received by Commanding Officer Colonel Amit Bhardwaj and Administrative Officer Lt Colonel S.S. Misquith.
