Handwara April 29:  Jammu Kashmir Workers Party president Mir Junaid on Saturday visited the fire victims in Qalamabad Mawer, where he assured compensation to the fire victims. 


Interacting with Auqaf body, trade unions, Juniad Mir said that I have my full sympathy with families fire affected in Qalamabad. 


While castigating the preparedness of Fire and Emergency Service department, he said that despite being stationed at 100 Meters, away from fire incident, the 40 minutes delay indicates the non-seriousness of the department, they need to put accountable for their passive response. 


He also said that I would be personally taking up the issue with district administration for early compensation to the fire victims. 


I would also compensate to the damage that the families and mosque has suffered in the incident, he said. 

He also urged local community and NGO,s to come forward to help the fire affected families. 


Later Mir Junaid visited the NTPHC Qalamabad to take the stock of medical facilities at the center. 


Responding to installation of Xray machine, Mir Junaid dailed Director Health Kashmir, for the early installation of exray machine at NTPHC Qalamabad. 


The locals also raised several other issues and expressed gratitude to Mir Junaid for paying visit to the area and listening their grevencis.

Brigadier Sajjanhar Visits NCC Annual Training Camp at Udhampur

  Aadil Akbar  Udhampur, August 29: Brigadier Deepak Sajjanhar, SM, Group Commander of NCC Group Headquarters Srinagar, visited the Annual Training Camp of 7 J&K Battalion NCC Kupwara at the Zorawar Training Academy, Udhampur.
